OK, I will just go ahead and let you know upfront that I could not get the images to “slideshow” in the back as planned 🙂 I put some effort in, it didn’t happen, and an executive decision was made to go ahead and just upload the pictures the old fashioned way for now and try again next time (insert self-deprecating chuckle).

Anyway, the point of this post is to show pictures of students trying to connect to each other! We play a game where everyone is paired off and they touch palms…

And we begin an hour long game of Patty Cake. JK, that happens at the end.

First we try out giving zero energy to our partner.

Then we give too much energy, enough that we would fall if the other person wasn’t there.

Finally we find a balance to stay connected towards one another, something that we want to do constantly while we are dancing.

OK so this post didn’t turn out EXACTly the way I wanted it to (…at all), but looking at these pictures of these people that come to our studio has made me…joyful. As it usually does 🙂 Until next time!
